About the Role As the Demi Chef de Partie , you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, maintaining our exceptional culinary standards at all times. Youll support your section of the kitchen, uphold the standards of product and hygiene, and work with passion and teamwork to deliver excellence. This is an incredible opportunity to grow your culinary skills and progress within a dynamic, supportive environment.
Key Criteria:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie , or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.

Proficiency in culinary techniques and methods, with a strong foundation in Italian cuisine preferred.

Creativity and passion for innovation, with an eagerness to learn and contribute to new menu concepts and recipes.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the culinary team.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
