Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards. Manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as the grill,sauceorsauté. Ensure that all dishes are cooked to order and served on time. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Order and manage inventory foryoursection. Train and supervise junior chefs and commis Assistwith menu planning and development.
