As part of our Culinary Department, youll be joining as our Demi Chef de Partie, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Who you are Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline Attention to detail, efficient and responsible Ability to work as part of a team and individually A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum plus tronc Shift Pattern This role consists of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7.
