We are seeking a driven Demi Chef de Partie to join the Claridges Restaurant team. Set in the heart of Mayfair, Claridges is an art deco icon and a byword for understated elegance. As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be responsible for: The preparation and service of food within Claridges Restaurant. To support the Commis Chefs within your section Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. Ensuring that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept well maintained. Appropriate mise-en-place, stock rotation and portion control. Preparing food requisitions where required. Maintain and effective and collaborative relationship with Front of House colleagues. Successful candidates for our Demi Chef de Partie opportunity will: Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridges and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service. Have a passion for guest service and quality standards Have experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or higher in a fast paced kitchen environment Hotel experience would be beneficial however not essential You will have a passion for food and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
