Duties and responsibilities related to the Demi Chef De Partie role

Support culinary operations across multiple areas of the hotel, contributing to restaurants, events, room service, and colleague dining.

Prepare high-quality dishes with consistency, ensuring all menu items are well-executed and aligned with hotel standards.

Apply strong knowledge of ingredients, including seasonal produce and new products, to enhance menu offerings.

Maintain excellent presentation standards, ensuring every dish is visually appealing and ready for service.

Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and food-safety practices while ensuring equipment is used and maintained correctly.

Work collaboratively with chefs and leaders across the department, using initiative to solve problems and support smooth service.

Contribute to cost control by following recipes accurately, minimising waste, and supporting sustainability goals.

Provide guidance to junior team members when required, helping to build skills and maintain a positive kitchen environment.

About you We are seeking a skilled and motivated culinary professional with experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hotel environment. Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous, particularly within luxury hospitality, where high standards of service, presentation, and guest interaction are essential.
