Duties & Responsibilities as a Demi Chef de Partie
Work flexibly across multiple culinary outlets including The Montagu Kitchen, Events, Room Service, Colleague Restaurant, and Churchill Bar
Maintain strong knowledge of all menu items and follow standard recipes accurately, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Support sustainability and cost-efficiency by minimizing waste and using seasonal, market-available produce
Uphold high hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Foster positive collaboration across the culinary team and show initiative in problem-solving and day-to-day operations
About you
Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating the ability to manage and support a section of the kitchen effectively. Possess solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and trends, and a strong commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
