Duties and responsibilities related to the Demi Chef de Partie role
To assist the CDP and Sous chef.
To be able to follow instructions clearly.
To be able to work well within a team.
Producing a high standard of food for all outlets consistently excellent
Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety
Maintaining areas of work and machinery
Ensure the organizations food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed
Controlling the order and storage of food supplies
To be able to work under pressure as required by business levels
Continued learning and progression

About You
You have experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally within a premium or high - volume environment. Passionate about food and committed to excellence, you bring great organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. With a hands - on approach, you support the smooth running of your section, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish.
