We are currently looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie 1st Floor Kitchen , to join our kitchen department basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Demi Chef de Partie 1st Floor Kitchen, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the department SOP and in line with company red-star standards To ensure all mis en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with company food safety policy. To complete daily food safety check sheet temperature recording and fridge temperatures recording Carry out all reasonable requests ensuring the quality of work is in line with red-star standards. Train and develop the team below your position including the apprentice chefs to the highest standard in line with the departmental standards and SOPs. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
