Demand Generation Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Demand Generation Manager to join our team. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing tactics to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue specific to the EMEA region. They will work in tight alignment with the extended marketing organization to support always -on demand generation efforts as well as audience-based integrated campaigns. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and an understanding of demand generation principles and tactics.
Although their focus will be the EMEA market, this person should have a global mindset and a collaborative approach to managing channels and campaigns. They will have a mix of direct and indirect channel ownership in areas like directories, third-party programs, email nurtures, webinars, paid media, SEO, direct mail/gifting, and association and partner programs. They will be responsible for coordinating across all channels to ensure the team's global strategy aligns well with our EMEA audience.
This role is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation marketing strategies and plans to support business objectives, focusing on driving engagement and revenue in EMEA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure strong ICP targeting and funnel progression.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns, including campaign setup, audience segmentation and targeting, scheduling, deployment, and optimization.
- Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the performance of regional demand generation programs, including key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend new strategics and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive results.
- Support initiatives to expand AI use cases within the demand generation and broader marketing functions.
- Communicate with and educate the European Lead Development and Sales teams regarding new and planned marketing activities
- Predictably hit European Pipeline targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation or ABM in EMEA; knowledge of the life sciences industry a plus.
- An understanding of demand generation and ABM principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successfully executing campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase (or equivalent tools).
- Genuine interest in learning and executing AI tools and capabilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation, and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
