You'll play a key role in shaping the work TPXimpact does next: working alongside our senior partners to design compelling approaches, guide clients toward confident decisions, and help secure meaningful, deliverable transformation programmes. Youll use that experience to help design and write strong, user-centred, and commercially credible propositions. Youll help lead client conversations, facilitate co-design sessions, and support mobilisation of new work.
