Main Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining a network of industry-relevant candidates.
Creating and posting job adverts on LinkedIn and company websites.
Sourcing and qualifying candidates for roles in our core markets: technology or renewable energy.
Reviewing CVs and coordinating interviews.
Maintaining and updating internal CRM databases.
Key Skills Required:
Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
Strong communication skills
A confident and professional phone manner
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in recruitment
A minimum of A-levels or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is .
