We have amazing opportunities for a CFO Delivery Manager.This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of prison and community rehabilitation. Youll oversee the day-to-day delivery of a vital service within custody and through the gate, leading and developing a skilled frontline team to support offenders into positive outcomes. Working closely with prison leadership, probation, employers and community partners, youll drive performance, manage risk and safeguarding, and embed a collaborative, whole-prison approach that avoids duplication and maximises impact. Youll shape referral pathways, broker employer relationships, ensure contract compliance and data quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvementmaking a real difference to individuals lives while delivering strong results against ambitious targets. Location: Southampton or Portsmouth (based on the successful candidates home location) Salary: £34,000 - £41,000 per annum We are looking for: Experienced people leader with relevant IAG and/or management qualifications (or equivalent experience), and a proven track record of delivering results in target-driven environments. Performance- and data-focused, able to use insight, systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage quality, risk and outcomes while driving continuous improvement.
