Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience delivering programmes within UK Government or Public Sector environments. Strong leadership capability, with experience stepping into delivery ownership roles. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Highly organised, with the ability to plan and track delivery activity effectively. A solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and project blockers. Experience using standard Project Management tools.
