This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a vital operational function, leading a large team and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery and installation of products to clients. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing teams and projects, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job Responsibilities

Communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis about updates and orders. Plan and execute installation schedules, accounting customer preferences, availability of resources, and efficient utilisation of teams. Lead and manage installation and fitting teams, ensuring they are equipped with the correct tools and resources to complete the job. Support the identification and resolution of post-installation snags or issues reported by customers. Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and efficient utilisation of the company's vehicle fleet.
