OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery, Installation and Case Build Engineer team.Reporting to: Installations CoordinatorSalary: Competitive, based on experience, plus benefits. Role location and scheduleYour base will be our assembly and warehousing facility in Northamptonshire, although you will be expected to spend a significant proportion of your time delivering and installing cases on customer sites. This is a full-time position, typically working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and overnight working as required to meet installation schedules or customer deadlines. 40 hours per week. Overnight stays will be required when working at distant locations. ResponsibilitiesSafely load display cases onto vehicles (up to 7.5 tonnes) using forklifts and appropriate manual handling techniques.Transport and deliver display cases to customer sites using a Carry out accurate and high-quality installations on client sites in line with company procedures, site requirements, and industry best practice.Fit accessories, trims, and peripheral components to complete installations to specification.Identify, resolve, and document any on-site quality or technical issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain clear and accurate records relating to cabinet builds, installations, and site activities.Comply fully with all company health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as any client-specific requirements.Assemble, configure, and prepare refrigerated display cabinets at the Earls Barton facility during non-installation periods.Contribute to the continuous improvement of installation and build processes through feedback and collaboration with the operations and engineering teams.Represent Pure Cold in a professional manner at all times, maintaining the company’s excellent reputation for service quality and reliability.Assist with wider manufacturing or operational projects, particularly during off-season or lower-volume periods. Skills & RequirementsMinimum of 5 years’ practical experience in a similar installation, construction, or engineering roleAbility to understand, interpret, and follow engineering drawings and operating proceduresPhysically fit – must be capable of manual handling and able to pass a medical for C1 licenseWillingness to travel and stay away from home when required, typically 2 nights per week averageFlexibility to work occasional weekends as requiredGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detailProblem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlinesTeam player with the ability to work unsupervisedFull UK driving licenseWillingness to undertake relevant training programmesCategory C1 license & CPC QualificationsCITB Site Safety qualificationTraining in Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights, Manual Handling, or First Aid at WorkRefrigeration and/or electrical background LocationCandidates located in or between Northampton and Swindon are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
