About the Role We are working with a national home delivery and logistics business to recruit a Home Delivery Training Coordinator . This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality training to warehouse operatives, delivery drivers, and associated teams. You'll be based at a purpose-built training facility in Lichfield, but the role will also involve regular travel to depots across the UK to deliver driver assessments, in-field coaching, and operational support.
