Recruitment Consultant – Technology, FinTech & Quantitative Investment


Location: Watford Area|

£28,000 - £45,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission Potential


A fantastic opportunity has become available for a driven recruitment professional to join a well-established executive search firm.


The successful candidate will focus on hiring across the Technology, FinTech, and Quantitative Investment sectors—high-growth, evolving markets offering excellent potential for success. While prior exposure to these industries would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Comprehensive training and in-depth sector insight will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate engagement and sourcing to final placement
  • Partner with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their hiring needs, delivering tailored and strategic recruitment support
  • Cultivate and sustain a strong network of top-tier candidates
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends, innovations, and developments across the Technology and Investment space


Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident in direct sourcing strategies, including headhunting and proactive outreach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a consultative and solutions-focused style
  • Eager to build market knowledge and develop specialism in fast-moving, competitive sectors
