Delegate Sales Executive - B2B Events Location: Moorgate, London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH)Salary: £33,000-£40,000 The Opportunity We're looking for a true hunter-style Delegate Sales Executive who thrives on owning the full sales cycle. This is not a transactional or lead-fed role. You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and converting senior-level delegates for a portfolio of high-quality B2B events. If you enjoy consultative selling, working closely with leadership, and having full accountability for your pipeline and results, this role offers genuine autonomy and earning potential. The Role You will have end-to-end responsibility for delegate sales, including:
Creating and qualifying your own leads Building and managing call lists Designing and running your own outreach cadence (e.g. 13-week trackers) Consistent follow-up and pipeline management Selling directly to C-suite and senior decision-makers Identifying pain points and proposing tailored, consultative solutions
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a proactive, resilient mindset who enjoys the challenge of sourcing and converting their own opportunities. Business & Market Context
~26 live events and 45 bespoke events delivered annually Pre-pandemic delivery of ~100 events, with clear growth ambitions You will manage approximately £1m in revenue Business turnover circa £50m Core sectors: Finance, Marketing, Data & IT Selling 1:1 event experiences to senior leaders
