This is an exciting opportunity to join the Internal Specialist Advisers Team; A valuable and critical support function working alongside the Specialist Sales Team, driving productivity and providing a consistently high level of service to internal and external customers. We assist with managing the sales process alongside the specialist and Account Manager from the initial conversations around understanding the customer requirement, to ensuring that internal sales systems and processes are managed/organised efficiently and accurately.We are a successful, inclusive and caring team who are motivated to drive growth within the Specialist Sales Teams and develop strong professional relationships with Internal Teams, Vendors, customers and AM's.

As a Specialist Sales Support, you will be working alongside the specialist sales team assisting with the day to day provision of quotes, liaising with vendors & distributors and other internal departments. This role will be based on supporting three Account Managers with their Networking &Security accounts, and Datacentre & Cloud sales in a 3:1support.
As Dedicated Sales Support Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Deliver verbal and written communications with specialists and suppliers1
- Build quotes and proposals
- Developing a clear understanding of vendor portals and process, with an up to date knowledge of our key vendors and distributors
- Administrative tasks related to the sales process, including deal registrations and pricing requests/negotiations
- Building and placing orders on the internal database
We'd love you to have
- Self-motivated and possess a “can do” attitude
- Good time management, attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships – with specialists and partners.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly excel
- A determination to progress into a dedicated internal sales support or sales specialist in the future.
