Our client is currently seeking a motivated Deckhand or Marine Crew Member to join their highly experienced team in Invergordon. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic marine environment alongside professionals who are passionate about delivering safe and efficient pilotage services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the safe and efficient operation of vessels in support of pilotage and port operations Carry out deck duties as directed by the Master or senior crew members Ensure vessels are clean, well-maintained, and ready for operation Support the delivery of marine crew objectives and contribute to continuous improvement Follow health and safety regulations and promote safe working practices at all times Key responsibilities:
Man, operate and assist maintenance of all marine craft Ensure the ability to safely return marine craft to a safe haven Carry out mooring operations – including tying up, providing services to, and letting go of vessels Maintain the premises, facilities and equipment (including but not limited to general ground maintenance, painting, litter picking and any other general maintenance duties as required) General marine duties such as de...
