We are looking for a Project Manager with significant experience of Net Zero Retrofit grant funding contract management to successfully deliver Hexagons Social Housing Fund Wave 3 Programme for energy and thermal improvement measures. Reporting to the Stock Improvement Manager, you will l ead on the delivery of energy and decarbonisation programmes based on asset data to meet specified targets (i.e. EPC Level C 2030, and Net Zero 2050) and draw down secured funding over the next two years. You will ensure works are delivered to a high standard, deliver value for money, excellent customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
