I am looking for a DEA Stock Condition Surveyor to join a housing association in Hertfordshire. The DEA Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out Domestic Energy and Stock Surveys to the clients portfolio. This is a hybrid role with business mileage included.

DEA Stock Condition Surveyor duties:

Conduct physical inspections of buildings, to assess their condition and energy efficiency Applying the HHSRS to identify potential health and safety hazards within the property Prepare detailed reports on the condition of the property, including recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and improvements What is required for the role:

Level 3 certificate in DEA Experience carrying out domestic energy assessments and stock condition surveys Social housing experience Benefits of the DEA Stock Condition Surveyor role:
