Overview

We are seeking Electrically Qualified Shift Engineers to join a growing team at a state-of-the-art data centre campus in Longcross, Chertsey . This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a solid electrical background (including 18th Edition) to enter or develop further within the high-growth data centre industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high standards in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain electrical systems across the facility to the highest industry and safety standards. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work across electrical plant and equipment. Diagnose and resolve faults across key systems including lighting, power distribution, HVAC, fire safety, BMS, and UPS systems. Complete site logs and documentation using computer-based maintenance systems. Support plant installations, upgrades, and modifications as required. Ensure accurate communication with supervisors regarding plant condition, issues, isolations, and ongoing work.
