chef de partie required for a kitchen within driving distance of wakefield, they have parking on site and it is mainly DAYTIME HOURS . They stop serving food at 3pm (apart from in the spring and summer about once a month they do themed events on a friday & saturday night) The rest of the year you get all your evenings off. Approx £29-33ka year, 40-45hr week (hourly rate is £13-14.50 per hour). The role This is a small team within this cafe, you will work with the head chef and sous chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, With it being a cafe, you will work around areas of the kitchen and be multi skilled. You will prep the fridges and cook breakfast and lunches. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.
