The Opportunity

You'll be a key part of the site engineering team, helping keep production lines running efficiently. The site is well-invested, uses a mix of automation and traditional machinery, and supplies major UK customers with fresh, high-quality products.

What you'll be doing:

Responding to breakdowns and keeping downtime to a minimum Carrying out routine preventative maintenance across production equipment Working on mechanical and electrical systems including conveyors, packaging machinery, and basic automation Supporting site projects and ongoing improvements to plant efficiency Communicating clearly with production and technical teamsWhat You'll Bring

Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering role (ideally within manufacturing or FMCG) A hands-on approach and strong fault-finding skills Comfortable working across both mechanical and electrical systems Proactive attitude with a focus on safety and reliability Engineering qualifications are a bonus, but not essential - experience matters most...
