Day Maintenance Electrician Skyscraper t of London Up to £48,000 MondayFriday (Day Shift) We are currently seeking an experienced Day Maintenance Electrician to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial skyscraper in the City of London, working for a large, well-established Facilities Management company. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-profile building within a professional and supportive engineering environment. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems across the building Perform reactive maintenance and fault finding on lighting, power, and associated electrical systems Maintain and service commercial lighting systems, including the Pro Logic lighting control system Log and manage maintenance tasks using the CAFM system Conduct routine inspections and ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations Work closely with the wider facilities and engineering team to maintain building performance Requirements: Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
