Job Title: Day Concierge Luxury Residential Development Location: Vauxhall Hours: Full time, 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts Thomas Webb is a leading recruitment consultancy dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with prestigious clients. We are currently seeking an experienced, polished, and proactive Day Concierge to work at a flagship luxury residential development in Vauxhall. This high-end site comprises circa 150 apartments, commercial space, a retail unit, a church, and exclusive resident amenities. As the face of this iconic building, the Day Concierge will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a seamless resident experience. Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome and assist all residents and guests, ensuring a friendly, professional, and attentive service.
Act as the primary point of contact for residents in person and via the resident app.
Build positive, personalised relationships with residents, anticipating their needs and delivering intuitive service.
Manage and log deliveries, notify residents promptly, and maintain an accurate visitor log.
Handle key management duties with strict adherence to protocols.
