We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Data Services Team. The successful candidate will be based across both our Stratford-upon-Avon and Woodlands campuses. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the inputting and maintenance of the Individual Learner Record (ILR), handling student enrolments, and overseeing timetabling and rooming arrangements.
The successful applicant will have experience working in a data processing environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. As a key member of our team, you will need to be an excellent team player with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, including members of senior management. Familiarity with timetabling software and Further Education (FE) student record systems will be considered an advantage.
Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the service throughout the academic year is essential. Currently the post requires working at both our Stratford-upon-Avon & Woodlands campuses. During term time work is split between Stratford and Woodlands, outside of term-time the role will be based at Stratford, with the exception of the enrolment period (August/September) which would require cover at Woodlands.
