Salary: £29,253 - £32,736 per annum
Grade: C
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Serious about supporting system users? Are you confident in the role of helpdesk support in improving the users' experience of data systems and in enhancing the quality of the data recorded in those systems? Do you possess effective customer service skills? If so, we are looking to recruit a Data Quality Officer within our Information Systems Team. The role will work closely with our Information Systems Analysts for Adults & Children Social Care, Adult Social Care, and Education to improve the users' experience of the data systems we support.
Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support to users of data systems.
Identify and address issues that affect data quality and user experience.
Collaborate with Information Systems Analysts to implement improvements.
Maintain accurate records of support activities and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
DBS Check: Basic
