We are looking for a talented individual to lead the Adoption & Adherence function within our Global Data Privacy team. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Privacy Operations your main responsibilities will include,Lead Privacy Adoption Initiatives: Drive the implementation of privacy-by-design principles across business processes, systems, and change initiatives to ensure privacy is embedded in day-to-day operations.Oversee Training Design and Delivery: Design and deliver engaging, relevant training.Manage Company-Wide Privacy Communications: Lead the creation and execution of omnichannel communications campaigns (e.g. newsletters, Viva Engage, infographics, guidance, awareness days, and in-person engagement) to elevate the profile of Data Privacy and foster a strong culture of Data Privacy compliance.Own Executive Reporting and Board Communication: Coordinate and prepare high-quality reports and communication decks for key stakeholder forums, including the Audit Committee, Sustainability & Compliance Committee, and Group Risk Committee, ensuring data, insights, and messaging are accurate and aligned.Monitor and Report on Adherence: Track adoption and adherence to Data Privacy frameworks and obligations across the business, identifying gaps and supporting teams to close them.Engage Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Partner closely with other teams (such as Legal, Product & Tech, HR and comms) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on Data Privacy requirements.Support Privacy Culture and Awareness: Lead or support internal campaigns, initiatives, and engagement activities that build a proactive and privacy-conscious mindset across all levels of Entain.We're Entain.
