About the Role:

As a Data Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of operational effectiveness, guiding data governance planning and prioritization. Your expertise will help us harness trusted and accessible data to meet the UK's ambitious net zero target by 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance Operations:- Lead and improve the data governance planning cycle. - Ensure effective prioritization of BAU and change initiatives. - Resolve cross-capability dependencies and escalate risks/issues effectively.

Operational Reporting:- Define and develop KPIs and KCIs for the Data team. - Oversee reporting accuracy and consistency. - Coordinate Monthly Business Reviews and manage status updates and risks.
