This role focuses on maintaining stability, enhancing monitoring capability, and improving service visibility through consolidated dashboards and intelligent alerting.ResponsibilitiesLive Service SupportProvide ongoing live support across platforms including:DenodoTalendPentaho Data Integration (PDI)GitMySQLAmazon RedshiftInvestigate, diagnose and resolve incidents across data and integration servicesWork closely with technical teams to maintain service availability and performanceGrafana Monitoring & AlertingDesign, create and consolidate Grafana dashboardsTransform multiple independent dashboards into a unified Live Service view with drill-down capability by serviceGather monitoring requirements from stakeholdersConfigure and implement alerting for legacy services that currently lack monitoringDeliver fit-for-purpose alert thresholds and notifications aligned to operational needsImprove visibility, observability and proactive incident managementExperience & SkillsEssentialActive SC ClearanceExperience supporting live production environmentsExposure to data platforms such as Denodo, Talend, PDI, MySQL or RedshiftExperience creating or maintaining Grafana dashboardsUnderstanding of monitoring, alerting and service observability principlesStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to gather requirements and translate them into monitoring solutionsDesirableExperience configuring Grafana alertingExperience working in a client-side environmentKnowledge of legacy system monitoring upliftFamiliarity with Git version controlJBRP1_UKTJ
