Role Overview You will manage and improve HR data quality, support audits, lead HR projects, drive automation, and ensure compliance, especially around the SMCR (Senior Managers and Certification Regime). This role combines hands-on data management with strategic project delivery and process improvement.
Main Responsibilities 1. HR Data Management Ensure employee data is accurate, integrated, and compliant Run regular data audits and fix inconsistencies Maintain data entry standards Analyze internal and external survey and benchmarking data 2. Compliance & Audit Respond to audit findings and implement control frameworks Prepare reports for audits and ensure compliance with UK law 3. SMCR (Senior Managers & Certification Regime) Lead the annual SMCR re-certification process Coordinate with teams to gather and verify data Prepare and submit regulatory documents 4. Reporting & Analysis Build reports and dashboards to support HR and business decisions Partner with Finance on headcount and budget planning Support quarterly reviews and capacity planning 5.
