This role is advertised on a fixed term contract and 28 hours per week basis.As part of the Data Science & Insights Team, the Data and Analytics Manager will play a key role will be responsible for data management & analytics delivery across the RSC, ensuring a better use of data as an asset and a joined-up, shared view of customers.Reporting into the Head of Data Science & Insights, you will take the lead in managing our use of data across the organisation, ensuring we derive better understanding of our customers and markets, and, supporting staff in their use of data and analytics. You will lead, manage and develop a team of data engineering and application specialists to deliver high quality data & analytics that can inform evidence-based decisions about proposals for change.We are looking for someone with prior experience in implementing and managing a data warehouse and/or a single customer view tool in a complex organisation.In this role you will play a critical role in providing the organisation with decision support through strategic interpretation of data and creation of insights.
