We are recruiting for a Data Analyst to join a growing organisation in a hybrid role based in Wakefield, offering a salary of up to £34,000. The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will take ownership of reporting processes across the business, ensuring data is accurate, insightful, and supports commercial performance. This Data Analyst role focuses on developing dashboards, improving data flows, and delivering meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to deliver clear business insights
* Managing and improving data accuracy across internal and external systems
* Supporting pricing updates and maintaining consistent data integrity
* Producing structured reports to support planning and performance analysis
* Partnering with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions
* Identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes
This is a varied Data Analyst role where you will manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and play a key role in improving how data is used across the organisation.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this Data Analyst position, you should have:
* Experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role
* Strong Power BI capability, with exposure to Microsoft Fabric desirable
* Advanced Excel skills (VBA advantageous)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Confident communication skills to engage stakeholders
Experience working with complex or bespoke systems would be beneficial.
