DIGITAL DATA ANALYST


SALARY UP TO £50,000


LONDON – HYBRID


We are looking for a Digital Data Analyst to play a key role in understanding and improving performance across a broad range of digital customer touchpoints, including websites and mobile applications. Working closely with digital channel and product teams, this role will turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports optimisation and decision-making. You’ll take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and risks across the digital estate, while also supporting major digital transformation initiatives and platform developments.


THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyse user behaviour, usage patterns, engagement and conversion across digital channels such as websites, mobile apps, email and online advertising
  • Produce clear, insightful reports and dashboards to communicate performance and trends to a range of stakeholders
  • Extract, manipulate and analyse data from multiple sources, including digital analytics platforms, to support ongoing reporting and ad-hoc analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insight that informs optimisation of digital experiences and journeys
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or areas of concern within digital performance and ensure insights lead to action
  • Support the measurement and evaluation of digital transformation projects, including new platforms and features
  • Stay up to date with developments and best practices in digital and mobile analytics


YOUR SKILLS:

  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in a Digital Analyst or Web Analyst role, ideally including mobile app analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, tag management systems, SQL, data warehouses and dashboarding tools
  • Experience building dashboards and visualisations that translate data into clear insights
  • Knowledge of digital analytics methodologies, experimentation or A/B testing, and wider industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and collaborative, with a proactive and curious mindset
