SALARY UP TO £50,000

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a growing, impact-led organisation working across marketing, digital and communications. This role sits at the heart of decision-making, using data to measure performance, uncover insight and optimise marketing activity. You will work closely with campaign teams and senior stakeholders to ensure reporting, forecasting and performance frameworks are robust, consistent and actionable.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSBILITIES:

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver strategic reporting, ensuring KPIs, targets and forecasts are data-led and aligned to business goals
  • Analyse cross-channel marketing performance and translate findings into clear, actionable insight
  • Support campaign planning and optimisation by identifying trends, risks and opportunities in performance data
  • Set benchmarks and performance targets across campaigns and channels
  • Develop and maintain consistent reporting frameworks and methodologies
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance over time
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency and effective use
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support and mentor more junior data team members
  • Continuously improve data processes, quality and efficiency


YOUR SKILLS:

  • Strong experience in data analysis within a marketing, digital or performance-focused environment
  • Advanced skills in SQL and Excel for querying, manipulating and analysing data
  • Experience using Python or R for data manipulation, analysis or modelling
  • Proven ability to build dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio
  • Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics, KPIs and campaign measurement
  • Experience forecasting and evaluating campaign performance using historical data
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights
  • Confident communicator, able to explain data and insights to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across teams
