Data & AI Value Strategist – Managing Consultant / Senior Manager Join Capgemini Invent as part of our Data & AI Strategy team. We are looking for a visionary leader to build and lead a new Data & AI Value capability, driving business value from data and AI investments. Overview As a founding leader, you will define the vision, structure and operating model for the new capability, design frameworks and methodologies, and position Capgemini Invent as a market leader in value‑driven data and AI transformation. Role and Responsibilities
Define and lead the development of value frameworks, benefit models and ROI metrics. Create compelling business cases that secure funding and executive commitment. Partner with C‑suite stakeholders to shape vision and influence decision making. Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and design execution plans. Track and measure realized value, establish KPIs and continuous improvement mechanisms. Develop and scale the capability – build the team, operating model and go‑to‑market propositions. Coach, mentor and develop consultants, fostering a culture of learning and expertise.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Value realisation & ROI modelling – design frameworks to quantify impact. Business case development – secure executive sponsorship and funding. Benefit tracking & governance – implement frameworks and embed value governance. Executive engagement – experience influencing at C‑suite level. Strategic thinking – problem‑solving, analytical, actionable recommendations. Capability building – defined operating models and scaled teams. Experience in data & AI strategy leadership, transformation, and commercial acumen. SC cleared / eligible clearance.
Desirable Experience
Cross‑industry experience across public and private sectors. Technical knowledge of cloud, hyperscaler platforms and AI services. Agile delivery leadership and cross‑functional team execution. Business development – ability to generate ~£1m in consulting revenues.
