We are currently recruiting for a short-term opportunity on behalf of a housing consultancy, requiring 67 damp and mould surveys weekly to be completed in the SO41 area.
The Role:
- Conduct damp and mould surveys in residential properties focusing on condensation issues.
- Complete reports via a simple Excel spreadsheet (mainly tick-box format)
- Provide supporting images in PDF format
- 67 surveys available
- Potential of ongoing work
- Previous damp and mould survey experience preferred
- Ability to complete basic Excel reports
- Own transport preferred
- Sole traders and limited companies welcome
