We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Bristol, who are recruiting for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary six-month contract. The position is due to start immediately and offers a cmpetitive rate of up to £300 per day. The ideal candidate will extensively Damp and Mould Surveying experience within social housing and live within a commutable distance of Bristol. Duties will include (but are not limited to):Conducting thorough property inspections to identify signs of damp, mould, and condensation in tenant homes and communal areas. Diagnosing root causes of damp and mould issues, including building defects, ventilation failures, and lifestyle factors. Preparing detailed reports with photographic evidence, root cause analysis, and recommended remedial actions. Working closely with repairs, maintenance, and asset teams to ensure effective and timely resolution of damp and mould cases.
