Day-to-day of the role: Provide specialised subject cover or general teaching assistance in the absence of regular staff members. Work across various locations including Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, East Grinstead Adapt to different educational environments and maintain high teaching standards. Utilise strong communication and organisational skills to manage classroom activities effectively. Engage with students to foster a positive learning environment and contribute to their academic growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications such as PGCE, QTLS.
