This role requires deep expertise in D365 CRM and Power Platform, with a focus on architecture and team leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field 15+ overall experience in IT, and 10–12 years of relevant experience in D365 CRM and Power Platform as a Solution or Technical Architect Hands‑on experience and understanding of D365 architecture, landscape, and design Experience in configuration, customizations using plugins, JavaScript, custom workflows, integration APIs, web API, WCF, model‑driven apps, Power Automate, building portals, Canvas apps, and Azure services Extensive knowledge and experience of CRM modules and Power Apps Portal Strong understanding of application lifecycle management Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
