About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a D365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM and low-code transformation programmes. You will play a key role in shaping end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, working closely with clients across government, financial services, energy, and consumer sectors.

This is a specialist Microsoft architecture role, combining hands-on design authority with strong stakeholder engagement. You will lead solution design across complex, multi-system environments, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform programmes.
Design scalable solutions integrating D365 with Azure-based services and enterprise systems.
Lead High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD), ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
Facilitate client workshops, translating business needs into robust technical solutions.
Provide architectural governance and make key technical decisions across programmes.
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding digital and CRM transformation initiatives.

Skills & Experience
Strong, recent experience designing and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / CRM).
Proven track record of owning solution architecture, including HLD, LLD, and technical decision-making.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, with exposure to Power Automate.
Experience integrating D365 within Azure-based architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven systems).
Demonstrable experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of CRM transformation and low-code solution delivery.
Experience delivering within complex, multi-system enterprise programmes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and influence decision-making.
A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality, value-driven solutions.
