D365 F&O Consultant

Location: London / Hybrid / 3 days a week

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Our client is a FTSE 100 global technology organisation is investing heavily in digital transformation and strengthening its Enterprise Architecture capability to support a portfolio of group companies worldwide.

They're now looking for a D365 F&O Consultant to support the Finance and Operations technology strategy across the group.

This is a hands-on consulting role, working within the Enterprise Architecture team to assess finance and operational processes, identify pain points, and shape pragmatic ERP solution decisions aligned with group direction.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a functional SME for ERP platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
Diagnose finance and operational process challenges across the organisation
Shape practical, sequenced solution recommendations and high-level roadmaps
Apply functional expertise across Supply Chain, Production, GL, AP/AR, Cash Management, Budgeting, Fixed Assets and Inventory
Collaborate closely with architects, delivery partners and senior business stakeholders

About You

Strong ERP experience across Finance & Operations, including exposure to D365 F&O
Ideally experience working across multiple projects at any given time.
A structured problem solver who can influence without authority
Comfortable operating in a consultative, stakeholder-heavy environment
