The core focus of the role is to minimise the cyber-attack surface of my clients operations environment.Cyber Security Specialist Role and Responsibilities:- Manage and design the full Cyber security infrastructure with significant focus onMicrosoft Defender, Azure, Microsoft 365 and AWS Security controls- Perform analysis and monitoring of IT and Cyber Security services- Monitor and improve SIEM capability across the estate (Splunk)- Play a key role in developing and supporting the Identity Management, Email Security and DLP technologies- Provide a robust technical support service on IT Security incidentsCyber Security Specialist Skills and Experience:- Substantial experience in an IT security role in anISO/IEC 27001/ 2022-compliant environment- Demonstrable expertise inMicrosoft Defender, Azure, Microsoft 365 and AWS Security controls- Detailed experience with identity platforms (Okta, CyberArk) and SIEM logging and monitoring solutions (Splunk)- Good knowledge of Specops IT Security technologies including Specops Secure Service Desk would be useful- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skillsYou will play a key role in ensuring that the companys IT services are delivered in a manner which supports the integrity, confidentiality and availability of systems and data across the enterprise.
