Cut and Carve Project Manager | Permanent Position | London
We are seeking an experienced Cut & Carve Project Manager to lead complex structural and heavy refurbishment projects within the commercial fit out sector. Based in London, you will manage the successful delivery of high-value Cat A and Cat B fit outs that involve major structural alterations, demolition, reconfiguration, and heavy MEP upgrades.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced design and build environment, has a strong technical understanding of structural works, and can seamlessly management complex build programs through to high end finishes.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of structural modifications and refurbishments within occupied or existing commercial buildings. * Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. * Oversee structural alterations including slab removals, new core installations, temporary works, underpinning, façade retention, and complex steelwork. * Liaise with internal design teams, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and subcontractors to ensure buildability and safe execution of structural packages. * Ensure strict compliance with CDM regulations, health & safety standards, and building control. * Coordinate phasing plans, logistics strategies, an...
