About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customs and Air Freight Operator to join our growing logistics team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting the smooth and compliant movement of goods across international borders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customs processes, liaising with clients and authorities, and ensuring all import and export documentation is accurate and compliant with UK customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage import and export declarations using the Customs Declaration System (CDS)
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required customs documentation
Liaise with clients to collect required documents and provide guidance on customs procedures
Stay up to date with customs regulations and communicate updates internally and to clients
Work closely with shipping lines and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations
