Your responsibilities:

  • You'll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help. ️
  • Guide our customers through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks.
  • Jump in and save the day when someone's travel plans hit a bump.
  • Chat or talk with passengers, whatever helps solve their problem fastest.
  • Create real connections. We want customers to remember you, the awesome human who helped them out.


We're looking for someone who:

  • Speaks Danish fluently (C1) and has solid English (B2).
  • Is positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings.
  • Listens first, then speaks clearly and confidently.
  • Is organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Already lives in Poland or is ready to relocate to Warsaw independently.

  • Salary: 11,000 PLN gross monthly, a salary that goes a long way in Warsaw, where the cost of living is significantly lower than in Denmark.
