As we launch in the UK in September 2025, we’re looking for 2–3 Customer Support Agents to join our London team and help us deliver an outstanding experience from day one.

Location: White City

\n\n

Working pattern: On-site, 5 days per week

\n\n

Responsibilities:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Speak with customers via inbound and outbound calls to provide guidance and gather feedback
  • \n\t
  • Resolve customer enquiries and support tickets quickly and accurately
  • \n\t
  • Prepare onboarding contracts and ensure documentation is completed correctly
  • \n\t
  • Track and maintain customer satisfaction data
  • \n\t
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to improve tools and processes
  • \n\t
  • Proactively suggest improvements based on customer conversations
  • \n

Background:

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar role

  • Bonus: experience in payments or fintech

  • Fluent English speaker

  • Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
