About The Job:

\n\nAs we launch in the UK in September 2025, we’re looking for 2–3 Customer Support Agents to join our London team and help us deliver an outstanding experience from day one.
\n\nLocation: White City
\n\nWorking pattern: On-site, 5 days per week
\n\nResponsibilities:
\n\n- \n\t
- Speak with customers via inbound and outbound calls to provide guidance and gather feedback \n\t
- Resolve customer enquiries and support tickets quickly and accurately \n\t
- Prepare onboarding contracts and ensure documentation is completed correctly \n\t
- Track and maintain customer satisfaction data \n\t
- Share customer insights with internal teams to improve tools and processes \n\t
- Proactively suggest improvements based on customer conversations \n

Background:

- Previous experience in customer service or similar role \n\t
- Bonus: experience in payments or fintech \n\t
- Fluent English speaker \n\t
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available) \n
