Location - Hybrid role with 2 days in our Belfast office and 3 days from the comfort of your own home!

Full time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am-12am Monday to Sunday (20% pay uplift from 10pm-12am).

In this role, you'll engage with customers via social media and email in English and Czech, handling a range of inquiries such as missing orders, payment issues, product availability, and order changes or cancellations. We are looking for someone who can maintain a friendly and cheerful demeanor, while also being empathetic, patient, and professional.

* Excellent English & Czech verbal/written skills.

* Social media or content moderation experience (desired)

* Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (mandatory)

* Are fully flexible between 8am-12am (Midnight) - Monday to Sunday.

* Have a minimum broadband speed of 10Mbps and a private/ distraction free location when working from home.
